Security on 2002 Dodge Ram

I can't get the red light from blinking or unlocked. My truck is dead! How can I get it to reset. I've tried taking the wire off the batteries even. And that didn't do anything. Please Help!

turn the key in the door to lock then unlock, or fix your keyfob...

also cycling key 4 times in ignition and leaving it on 4th time will clear codes and might clear security issue.
