2014 6.7 oil filter

just got the truck. its a 2014 3500 ram bighorn with 6.7 cummins. ok what's the best way to get the oil filter out. only way I can see is through the wheel well.

Another way is to take air intake hose off the filter box and turbo and bring it out from the top.
