I have a 2003 dodge ram 3500. If i let set for 2 hours it will not start till i shoot it with starting fluid. it cranks over but know smoke. when it running it has the power. it dose not smoke at all when pulling doubles or my 40ft flat bed.
is their anyone that might have the fix.

 

First stop with the starter fluid. Unless you want to buy a new engine. Do a fuel pump bleed down test. When was the last fuel filter change?
