I am happy to report that I was able to resolve two broken seat motors in the passenger seat on my 06 3500. I refused to pay $500 for a replacement seat frame with new motors, I searched the Internet and found Two men one garage.
www.2menonegarage.net I called Barry and told him my problem, he helped me diagnose the issue, he told me what to order. Two new motors came in along with clear instructions how to install. I replaced two motors while the seat frame was installed. I only needed to take 4 bolts off and lift off the seat. My best practice learned was to use a pneumatic cut wheel to trim the roll pins and a palm nailer to reinstall the knurled pin and rolled pin. ( once you delve into this, you will know what I am talking about.) I am very pleased with the results.
