Default 2017 CTD 6 speed 2500 questions..

1. is Ram still using sealed units, ball joints, U joints..

2. will staying with with 275 70 17 tires { dont like the 18 inch fire stones} lower or increase the 342. rear end.?

hate the TpM..pull the fuse..LOL

3. this hard to speculate, but is the ford style steering, suspension on the front axel 2013 or so + ??? better than the y type, T type used on my 06 2500.

I can live with the lower HP..TQ. numbers.

only full size truck you can still buy with a 6 speed man.

1. Probably sealed. Most manufacturers are doing that now.

2. Your "effective" overall ratio will change but your rear end gear ratio is still 3.42. It also changes the accuracy of the speedometer. With the smaller tire, you don't go as far with the same number of tire revolutions; so the speedo says you're going 60, but you may be only going 57-58 mph.

3. No clue.
