Default 96 V6 Avenger Stopped running?

I have a 96 V6 Avenger. It wouldn't run for the longest time. During that time I replaced the distributor, fuel pump and fuel filter. I've cleaned the throttle body and gave it tune-up. It ran awesome for one day and then turned off by its self and wont start again. Its done this before, I would be driving down the road and then BAM, it would turn off and wouldn't start for a while (days or even weeks). I'm getting really pissed!! Its now parked in an appartment complex at a friends house. Please tell what you think might be wrong it? Thank you for your time.

My Avenger is nice bro. But it dont run either. Im gunna try the relays on driver side firewall then distributor. Since its been down my girl moved on and girl response has diminished severely. I wish the greedy would share with the needy. L8z

Yes I'd check the Fuel pump and see if it's getting power , then check the ASD relay

check if the fuel pump is running at ignition on, if no check bottom plug of ecu, point 74 white w/red stripe for ground at ign on, if ground, go to fuel pump relay check 12v out to pump if yes check at pump 12v, yes replace pump. no ground out of comp check grounds on comp and 12v supply to comp. if good grounds and 12v supply to comp, then comp is prob bad replace. if fuel pump runs when key on, check asd, crank pos sens, dist, etc... this was a 98 v6 should be the same but if any question check the fuel pump relay and see if it is activating when the key is turned on, it is triggered by the ecu grounding the relay to send power to the fuel pump, no ground from the ecu ecu is prob bad, but check wiring and plug at ecu and relay. but yours sounds like with everthing replaced might be ecu or fuel pump relay if your not hearing the fuel pump kick.
