Default Etc traction control warning lights

I'm new to the forum. My etc light and secondary traction control light is on with reduced power. I noticed I need a drivers side wheel bearing. Question is would bearing create the reduced power and warning light issue ?

It could. Replace the bearing and go from there if you know there is a mechanical problem that needs to be fixed.
