I have a 2013 Avenger 2.4l with that famous clicking sound. I heavily suspect it is a bad rocker arm and/or lifter.
Q: Can I remove any lifter and/or rocker arm WITHOUT removing the cam shaft?

I'm seeing where an bad rocker arm and lifter can be removed...but only the ones and the end of the cam shaft (where the cam can swing up just enough to get the clearance needed).
Not going to remove the engine...and don't want to "jam" cam shaft sprocket to untorque the cam shaft sprocket bolts.

Suggestions or comments please.
