Default 2013 Dodge Avenger Help needed to identify noise.

Hello all,
I have a 2013 Dodge Avenger SE 2.4L. Never had any issues with it except regular maintenance. Well it has started idling rough if not in park or neutral. I figured it may be time for new spark plugs. I haven't done that yet. Then I notice I have a coolant leak that's coming from behind the engine and not near the reservoir. It is very little and caused no issues I was planning in taking it soon as well as spark plugs to get checked out. Then a couple of days ago I was driving and noticed a sound of what I could call a whirring noise that intensifies upon acceleration and decreases and gets more high pitched when easing off the pedal to stop or turn. I got home and opened my hood and heard this repetitive noise coming from the pulley area. I have come to the conclusion that it is either the alternator decoupler pulley or the alternator itself but I'm feeling it's the decoupler. I will attach the sound it makes while driving which is why I am here. Would the alternator or the decoupler pulley cause the noise you should be able to hear in my attachments. If not is it the compressor? I prefer to do this on my own as I have done it all myself thus far if it's not too difficult. Any type of input would be appreciated. Thank you so much. https://photos.app.goo.gl/J9MgTMmTgMW2gspy8
