A very nice lady in church has a 2007 Dodge Caliber. This past week she lost her dashlights, headlights,wipers and signals. Only the brake lights and reverse lights work. She has already been billed for 3 shop hrs and they cannot find the problem. I would appreciate any ideas. I checked for trouble codes and none were found.

 

Most likely a bad multi-function switch. Most of the time is the left side one(turn signal stalk). All you need is a screw driver and 15 minute of time to replace it.
If that's not it, might be a bad Cluster.
I don't understand how can a shop bill people for no problem found...
