Default 2008 Caliber Electrical issue

I have a 2008 Dodge Caliber, the FT RT signal Light stopped working, then the BK LT Signal & brake light quit working, then the horn and the back wiper quit working.
I have checked & changed bulbs, Checked Fuses (all good).
Would there be another other reason for these issues other than the TIPM? Are there any other fused that could have blown?

Can anyone provide any suggestions on this issue?

check the black c4 10pin connector under the tipm. make sure the white/tan wire in pin 2 location is not corroded. jumper power to the wire and if the r/f light works, the tipm is probably nfg.
