So just recently my defrost vent stop working. I have a 2009 Dodge Caliber. I removed the glovebox and the blower is fine, the air filter is clean, but I did discover a cable linked to a wheel. When I switched the selector dial to the defrost vent it snapped back to the dash vents. But when I switched the selector from face to floor the cable under the glove box moved. What's going on ??
