My 207 dodge Caliber has recently started having failures related to the TIPM. First issue was the drivers side headlight going out followed by the horn. I have been informed by my mechanic that the wipers are probably next. These issues are a danger to the vehicle and myself. What can be done to fix this?

Replace the TIPM

 

if the fault is no power out of the tipm to the circuit; splice in an external relay to supply the circuit...dodge even did this for a recall on the fuel pump relay that is part of a printed circuit board in the tipm.

Your only other option is to replace the tipm; which ain't cheap.
