2012 Caliber cooling fans not coming on

radiator cooling fans not coming on with ac on causing ac compressor to cycle I believe on high pressure 250 psi any ideas relay or does this car have on or Board issue

Check the fuses. Check the relay. Check yo see if the fan motor is seized or burned up.
