Having some trouble with our 2010 Caliber, about a week ago, the car started it’s wipers randomly, when the fob was used to unlock the car. Since, randomly, the wipers have gone on when the car is unlocked, locked, or while driving. They cannot be turned off until the car is shut off completely. Also, they don’t always go down all the way, on the downward motion, they go a shame far as they should, then pop up an inch and stop an inch above. We took it to the dealer and were told the computer needed to be replaced, for $1000. Are there any other solutions? Or options... I’m pretty handy, and we’ve checked all the fuses and disconnected the battery. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
