posting for a friend of mine. so a cuple moths ago i did a weld job for her, that i thought was odd. her 08 charger had a crack in the door by the hinge. i wleded it closed and thought that was the end of it, but today she asked me to look at it again, and i noticed that while my eld was holding nicly, the rest of the door around the lower hinge had cracked or outright broken off. the hinges work fine, its the door itself thats breaking. is this a common problem? most of what im seeing is hinges not working. wondering how much this is going to cost her to get fixed, she dosent have a lot of money.
