Recently bought Dodge Caliber SE from 2010. It has mileage of 79000km (49000mi) and 2.0 VVT 156HP 115kW engine. I noticed, it has lower acceleration that it should have. It takes 14 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100km/h, while the manual says it should take 10 seconds. Also, the Dodge has a problem when accelerating over 160km/h, and stops at about 170km/h (should be able to get to 200km/h). Mechanic didn't find any problem and said that the car is in perfect condition. Any ideas what might be wrong?
