Default ABS lights

I have a 2008 SRT4 the ABS light, and ABS EBC lights are on the dash. I already checked the fuse and its fine. Is there a way for me to test the 4 ABS wheel speed sensors with a muiti-meter, or do I need to take it to a garage that has a scanner that can read each of the ABS sensors? Also if the sensors are good and the ABS control module is bad, I understand that there is some kind of procedure that must be preformed after replacing the ABS module, what is that procedure, or does it also have to be done with that specialized scanner?

We have a problem with the ABS lamp. Whenever we stop our Caliber 1.8 2008 with handbrake, the ABS light comes on. A stop without handbrake so in the course of the ABS light extinguishes very quickly.

What could that be? Rear brakes completely new
