Default One spotlight dimmed. Poland

Dodge Caliber 1.8 2009. The H4 bulb from one headlight shines 50% fainter than the other. When the high beam lights are on, it lights only in the right. Electromechanical, without looking under the hood, that tipm module to be replaced. Bulbs replaced and new 12V. This year, I have changed the bulb cube twice because it has turned red. Have any ideas ?

Check your ground for that light. I'm not sure about H4 bulbs but if it was an LED, a bad ground would keep it from working. I had issues in high school as the Ford Galaxie I was driving had ground problems and current would flow, just not much. Making a good ground made the lights look like new.
