my story

me and my father-n-law changed the lower control arms as we was putting the passenger side new one in the axle slid out of what i think is the transmission it then began to leak fluid like water so i assumed it was transmission fluid so i checked the fluid and it looks like its right at 7.5 quarts i had to buy a dip stick to test it.

question 1

if itt wasn't transmission fluid then what else could it have been?

i start my car up and attempt to move it and now my check engine light, a voltage light Electronic throttle control indicator,Stability control indicator light are on and it won't pull a hill or go past 1500 rpm and the car ran just fine before we changed the lower control arms

what could cause this after doing the repairs?
i looked the computer and it looks like it may be burnt but not sure ill attach a picture
this is a picof the computer terminals this one look's like it's burnt on a couple of the prongs
