I recently bought a 2011 dodge caliber mainstreet 2.0 engine. In the dsahboard glove compartment there is a blue lever in the upper left side. the lever moves up and down. What does it do?

 

It opens and closes a vent door to allow cool air in. It's called a "chill zone". Supposed to keep drinks cool. Doesn't work very well though. If you don't have one, download a manual for your car, free on the internet. It will explain various functions of the vehicle.
