Default Caliber won't start. Good Battery, good starter, good alternator

Hello everyone, first post here. I recently went on a 2 week vacation and when I came back my caliber wouldn't start!
When I turn the key I just here a series of rapid clicks and a single louder click that seems to be comming from underneath the shifter. The battery and check engine lights are on. My OBDII reader didn't read anything.
My first though was dead battery, but it charges to 13.2v and holds that. I also took the battery to autozone to get it tested, and it passed. After some googling the consensus was that it was either the battery, starter, or alternator. I had the alternator replaced shortly after I bought the car a couple of years ago, so I'm pretty sure that it's still good. That left the starter, so I took it out and got it tested, and it passed. I'm now out of ideas on what it could be, does anyone have any ideas?

I did see some stuff about the keyfob not being read right, but I can lock and unlock door just fine, so thats not it. My car is a 2010 dodge caliber SXT.

Thanks!

Did your key fob get wet by chance? The chip is only needed to start the car I believe. I have the 2010 Main street and it seemed to be the problem

Default Solution

It actually ended up being the relay in the bumper. One that was replaced we were all good.
