alright. my girlfriend just bought a dodge caliber sxt no more than a month ago. and we noticed that when you turn the sterio up any higher than 20 it cuts out in the speakers bad and sounds horrible. should she take it back to the dealership and have them fix it or is there a simple solution?

 

Take it in and let them look at it. That's what the warranty is for.

 

I agree, Take it to the dealer and have them look at it. My 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 truck had a service bulletin for the speakers. There was a protective screen over the speakers that made a noise. The fix was that the dealer cut out the screen from all speakers.

Let them look at it, may be a bad component or speaker.
