Hello:

I just bought a brand new Dodge Caliber SXT. Currently, I am very pleased with it, and am extremely happy with it; however, I have had some issues with the dealership. They have proven to be less than honest with me and have attempted to screw me over in the past.

My question basically surrounds the Warranty. With my ownership and manual, I was not given any sort of warrnty information card or package, nor was I given the official window sticker from the car. I have owned other cars before (GM cars) and they have always included the window sticker as well as a warranty booklet with owner and maintanence information specific to your car. Should I have one for this car as well? I called the dealer, and they simply said "I am on the computer, so I can go to any Chrysler dealership with warranty-related questions".

Just so you know, I am located in Canada, if that has any bearing on how warranties work/are utilised. Thank you.

RE: Warranty and Other Caliber Questions...
hmm this doesn't concern the Caliber but when we got our 95 Plymouth Neon back in 96...it came with the warrenty booklet and everything...i would say you should need one...so that they cant go in and change it in the computer... thats my 2 cents...
