Default Block Heater Crap

I plugged my caliber in outside work one night, about -20 Celceius. Average Calgary weather. lol I returned to my car about 3-4 hours later and the car wouldnt start. Good thing it is stick, i had to push start the damn thing in the snow. any ideas?

No the battery was fine. It just wouldnt turn over.

I believe there is a TSB to reprogram the PCM on all vehicles equip'd with block heaters. Was it preformed previously by your dealer?
