Default Caliber Bugs and Problems with dodge.

Vehicle: 2007 Dodge Caliber
Color: Steel Blue
The date of purchase. : 31 July 2006

First Date of Service.: On or around the second week of september.\
Issue: Problems with stalling due to low RPM durring take off
Problem not solved, not detected by technicians

Second Date of Service.: 09/11/06
Issue: Loud clunk noise when shifing into second gear. Stalls while clutch is pressed.
Left front speaker cutting in and out.

Corrections: Not made, no problems found.

Third Date of Service.: 10/26/06
Issue: Stalling while clutch is pressed. Loud Clunk while shifting into second gear, not
noted in work order. Speaker cutting in and out.
Corrections: Flash upgrade for fuel management. No problems found with transmission.
Speaker wires cleaned working properly.
Other: First oil change at 5066kms

Fourth Date of Service.: 01/13/07
Issue: Still loud noise while shifting, told there was no time to perform tests.
Other: Seasonal Inspection, Lube and Oil, Tire Rotation. 10089kms

Fifth Date of Service.: 02/12/07
Issue: Check engine light is on. Still loud clunk from transmission, sometime grinding
into 2nd and 3rd gear when clutch fully pressed.
Correction: (check engine light) - SCAN FOR CODE -HAS P0116 ECT PERF. FLASHED
AS PER TSB 1803906 LAB 0P18-19-03-16
(Transmission) - cause - snow filled undercarrage causeing exhaust shields
to be in incorrect position creating viberation after load.
Correction: Remove snow and ice from exhaust shield. Install 1 nut and
washer to repostion shield.

Sixth Date of Service.: 02/17/07
Issue: Loud grinding noise from transmission going into 3rd gear.
Problem: Shot Syncro Drum.
Correction: Replace transmisison.

Mileage: 11363km
