I have a 2000 Grand Caravan with ignition problems. After the key is inserted, it will not turn. I will need to have the van towed to the dealer for repairs. In speaking with the dealer it sounded like a common problem. Even the AAA service attendant knew of the issue. If you have experienced this then how did you correct it.

 

yeah need a key cyl rebuild
