I have a 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan and the rear wiper blade does not exert enough pressure on the window to clean it. I believe the spring in the wiper arm must have gotten too weak to do the job. I would like to know how one goes about removing the wiper arm so that the spring can be replaced (or the entire wiper arm for that matter). Thanks in advance.
