I have a 2002 Grand Caravan EX. The rear power hatch has stopped opening from inside the van and key fob. I can still open it from the outside, but would like the other way to work. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

well the dealer has a flash for that issue unless there is a latch or motor issue
