I got a new solenoid for my van and it has only one gasket in the kit. When I pull off the old shift solenoid is there going to be another gasket under the sound cover attaching plate that I will need to replace also?

Found out that you do not need to reinstall the sound cover plate. You will only need one gasket for this repair and will not reinstall the sound cover either..
