Default 2001 Caravan light issue

Hi guys, I have a strange and intermittent problem. Sometimes my headlights flicker/ dim for a split second. Not sure if it happens with the taillights to as I'm behind the wheel.
Took it to the dealer and the alternator was toast. chrysler replaced it but the problem returned after about a week. Any one have any ideas ?

sounds like a possible FCM issue. Haven't seen any multifunction switch issues on these yet.

Front Control Module, just one of the 40 something modules in that vehicle. The FCM controls all lighting, wipers, signals, and alot of interior modules.

I've noticed it on my 2000 Grand Voyager, but it's been nothing more than an annoyance. Charge system's always checked out fine. Have you checked the condition of the battery cables? Excessive resistance in the cables or a bad connection somewhere might be enough to cook the alternator.

Just an idea ....
