Default OBD codes for 97 caravan

I recently replaced the shift solenoid in my wife's 1997 grand caravan. (It was in limp mode and had shift solenoid codes). I ran like it was brand new for a month or two. My wife drove it from Pittsburgh to Ma and back without any problems. Yesterday she said she could harkly get it around the block. The transmission is slipping and it is not shifting into gear very easily. I am away on a business trip but I got her to get the codes from it. Here's what she came up with...
P0732 , P1781, P0733, P1782, P178 and P0700.
Is the tranny trashed?
Somebody please help me!
Any input is greatly appreciated.
