in the course of trying to pry out the drivers side CV shaft i cracked a plastic portion of the tranny gear selector spring mechanism - its a beige looking piece attaching to the tranny case as well as the cable.
i've ordered a replacement part from Dodge but would like to know how to R and R it. some of the old plastic is still embeddd in the case - how do i get that out, and how does the new one go it - snap into the tranny, thread in?
