Hi I bought a 05 dodge caravan se after katrina came off dealer lot in new orleans. Water got into car on floor but not up into seats. Replaced all wiring harnesses, starter, fuse block, all computers, input and output speed sensors even shift control module,changed trans fluid filter oil and filter twice,1 cooling fan.Problems I have are speedometer and odometer won't work,and evap emission valve solenoid malfunction code & vehicle speed sensor A.I ran the self diagnostic on speedometer cluster everything works can't understand why speedometer won't function normally. Also can't find repair manual for this new a car need to know the location of the evap emission vent valve solenoid. Car only had 45 miles on it was delivered to dealer lot week before hurricaneAny help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time Jim
