Valve Cover Torque Specs
Hi folks. I bought my current ride last December. It's a '95 LE/GC AWD with a 3.3. Mileage is 124K. Everything works fine, but I've started to get some leaks around the Valve Covers. Do you happen to know what the torque specs on this are? Thanks in advance.

RE: Valve Cover Torque Specs
The torque spec is 105 INCH lbs. But if you have factory RTV gaskets, tightening the bolts don't won't stop the leak. You'll have to pull the covers and re-seal. Fel-pro makes a silicone gasket set but it's not worth the $50. Buy a can of Permatex RIGHT STUFF and make new RTV gaskets ($12). Just makes sure both surfaces are squeaky clean and free of oil.
