Voyager Roof Rack Removal ?

Anyone know how to remove the roof racks on a 97 Plymouth Voyager ? I dont mean just the cross members, I mean the entire assembly. The roof needs painting, and I have to remove the racks to do it.

2 torx bolts on front of each rail.. one in middle.. and 2 on back.. take the covers off.. and take the bolts out
