Default AC blowing cool one side warm driver side

My 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport is blowing cold air on the passenger side, but the driver side is warm air. I've filled the freon (r134), I've changed the cabin filter, and I've checked to make sure that the dual zone mechanism is moving. All those things are covered. Any thoughts?

Check the driver's side actuator blend air motor to see if it opens and closes the blend door. If it doesn't move, disconnect it from the door shaft and try to move the door manually. If the door moves and you get cold air, you probably have a bad actuator.

am I looking for the leak on the right corner of the condenser?

where is the actuator?

Is the condenser located near the cabin filter?

hehe no the condensor would be ouside infront of the radiator. stand infront of the van and look at the lower left hand side. it will be wet on the side.
