I cannot find any reason why I do not have a left side tail light, and the fog lights do not work. Could this be interrelated, like a relay? There are no fuses blown so I know it is not a fuse. The bulbs are good.. HELP!

could be the headlight switch...

 

Could be a wiring issue. Have run into corrosion in the wiring harness above the drivers front wheel, above the plastic wheel arch trim panel.
