The blue flat box on the fire wall right next to the starter solenoid is a . . .? I've taken the part to several autoparts stores and even the local Dodge dealer and no one is able to identify it. I have Haynes, Chilton and a subscription to ALLDATA. Ive studied the wiring schematics and im at a loss as to what this does or where to get a replacement.

Its a Dodge Van, B350, 1-ton, long bed. Yeah your eyes are not deceiving you those are double aluminum intake tubes. Shes all freaked out. Im installing alot of power upgrades. The engine is a 5.9 (360) original equipment.
