Hi all, trying to fix my mother-in-laws van for her.... its a 1993 carivan with a 3.3. It just cranks and cranks but does not start..... checkt to see if it had fuel pressure and it does, so i checked the spark and nothing, i replaced the coil pack and wires and still no spark... so i replaced the crank sensor (tach does not move when trying to start) and still no spark. Im out of ideas now. Im getting really tired of driving here around!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

ps. the only code i am getting is 12 (i think... im not with it now)

No not the battery, it still cranks over and i jump it and still no spark.

 

im also now getting a code that means "no ignition referance signal"

you could try the cam sensor

would that stop the spark??? on my neon when the cam sensor wint bad it just ran like crap.... (ie the timing was WAY off)

gunna hit the junk yard tomarrow and get a bunch of relays.... where is the cam sensor on the 3.3??

 

hello i dont know if it can help but maybe its a ban relay or connection near the battery.

i say this because today i messed whit those wire to try to find shere one wire whas going later i tryed to start it and i whas just turning and turning no spark i messed whit wire connector in this area and it started.
