05 caravan power points

our caravan power points go off every time we turn the key off, heard there was a way of making them stay hot, does anybody know how

I came here looking specifically for that as well. Tried searching, not finding anything though. I'd also like to add another point to the spot under the dash. The "spot" is there, just nothing in it.
