I have a 2000 Grand Caravan Sport in which the heater controls seem to be not working properly. When selecting heat to floor it sounds and feels like the heat is not being totally directed to the floor. Are there pneumaticactuators that open and close doors that direct the air flow. If so where are they located. How much work is it to get to them.
