I've got a 2003 Grand Caravan. When you turn on the car the day time lights work. The parking lights also work with the switch in the middle, but when you turn it all the way (headlights on) only the interior, and back lights are on, headlights (both) turn off. The High Beams work, but not the lights alone. I replaced the headlight switch but that didn't help and I also cleaned the contacts on the FCM. I'm out of ideas. Can you help? sounds like you may have a stuck drl relay
