2000 dodge Caravan Se V6 3.0 L Engine/trany problems! Help

I have a 2000 dodge Caravan Se V6 3.0 L i have changed the engine 10 months ago and after the engine swap i have been getting an engine code P0171 and another one and it relates to System to Lean (Bank 1) and my fuel consumption has been terrible since than. Now my van at least three times a week kind of chokes/studders when im accelerating/going 100km/h for a example my car suddenly lacks power and drops speed to 60 km/h with out dropping RPM. It kind of feels like if the car was out of gas and the car was trying to go forward but just couldn't.
