Just picked up an 07 GX SXT 42000 miles on Saturday.

Twice now, the AC fan and the computer up top with the compass and stuff, just stopped working when I drove off from parked.

By stopping, switching the engine off, and turning the engine on again, they started working again.

Anybody seen this? Any suggestions?

 

It sounds like the BCM needs a software update or reprogramming. Your van should still be under warranty even if you didn't buy it from the dealership and should be repaired at no cost to you. Call the dealership with your VIN and they can check for you to be sure.
