I recently noticed that when I apply my brakes that my right turn signal arrow on my dash display lights up. I automatically assumed a burnt bulb and upon inspection found that indeed my back left turn signal bulb was not lighting up. I also noticed that when testing the right turn signal that instead of my turn signal coming on, my hazards do - but only along the back of the vehicle (brake lights, turn signals, & third brake light). I did replace the burnt bulb on the left side but I am still having the same problem with my right signal. Any suggestions?

I ran into a problem like this before and if i remember correctly it was the multifunction switch that falied. couldnt tell for sure without being there to diagnose it.
