MY rear vent window opened fine and then wouldn't close on the passenger side..the driver side only opens up to like a 85 degree angle and stops but the passenger side went all the way out so that the arm is laying flat and now wont come back in.. Anyone who can help would be greatly appreciated...THank you

 

try some PB Breaker penetrating oil on all the hinges and wiggle it like crazy in any direction you can. once the latch goes past the middle point it is harder to pull back in.
lube and wiggle lube and wiggle.
