Default belt tension

I have a 2005 dodge caravan with 3.3L v6 that I am replacing the egr on. I can't seem to figure out how to loosen the tension on the belt to remove the alternator to get to a very sturborn bolt. I tried the 1/4 drive set without moving the alternator and it isn't working. I feel stupid but I can not figure out how to loosen the tension to remove the belt. I thought maybe the idler pulley had the cam on it but turning its bolt didn't work. I don't see a tension bolt anywhere on it. I can probably get the alternator off but after removing it I will need to adjust the tension. Thanks for any help.

Default RE: belt tension

DUH-I looked at the belt diagram on the front cap and saw the 3.3L has an idler and way underneath it is an additional tension pulley.
