P0134 is O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0135 is O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1).
Basically your upstream O2 sensor is most likely bad. If not it could be a short in the circuit also. My buddies Dakota had an 02 sensor code but it turned out to be a short in the system.
