We bought this second hand and it came with quite a few problems. Most are now fixed, but the one that has us stumped is that we have no cruise control, which we use frequently because of highway driving.
My husband has checked the fuse and the wiring so far. He doesn't know where the vaccum lines are (our Haynes manual doesn't show them) and he can't pull the steering wheel.

What else can he try before we spend money that we might not have to spend?
